Adina has always been someone who notices the people around her — what they need, what might make their day easier, and the small things that can make life a little better.
Her path to the bakery wasn't a straight one. Her life has spanned two continents and three countries, each adding another chapter to the person she became along the way. She holds a bachelor's degree in Languages and another in Psychology, as well as a Diploma in Pharmacy, and spent much of her earlier career working as a medical representative in the corporate world.
Then came the role that mattered more than any title: becoming a mother.
Adina stepped away from her career to raise her son and be present for those years. As he grew, she began thinking about what the next chapter of her own life might look like.
Above Good Bakes grew from that chapter — taking the time to make something well, and sharing it with others.
Baking had become one of those things Adina genuinely enjoyed doing for the people around her. There was something satisfying about starting with a few simple ingredients, giving them the time they needed, and ending with something that could be shared around a table.
That spirit became Above Good Bakes: a small bakery built around care, patience and the belief that something doesn't have to be complicated to be good.
