I’ve been savoring Adina’s bread for a while now, and it has quietly become one of the small joys I look forward to. Her sourdough especially stays with me — the crackle of the crust, the soft, living crumb, that gentle tang that deepens with every bite. Adina started bringing us her breads on a regular basis before she opened her bakery. We always told her she should open a bakery as her breads and pastries are some of the best we have ever had.

The breads are the perfect combination of taste and texture. They make great sandwiches, or dipping platters or simply by itself while still warm (on several occasions the warm bread was half gone by the time we got home).

I strongly encourage you to try all flavors, you won't be disappointed.

I was lucky enough to work with Adina, and she is so thoughtful and always took care of her work family. She would arrive with multiple loaves of her freshly baked sourdough to share with all of the teachers — sometimes still warm!

And it was absolutely delicious every single time. The crust had the perfect crunch, while the inside was soft, moist, and full of flavor.

Her generosity and thoughtfulness come through in her baking, and you can tell how much care she puts into every loaf. I highly recommend Above Good Bakes, you’re in for a treat!
